How I got introduced to Numerology.
It`s official! My first passion is numerology so that just wins hands down when it comes to writing about something that I can sustain and that can make a difference.
Perhaps a good place to start is at the beginning, so that I can tell you how it came about that I got involved with Numerology. Without writing my whole life history (you can buy the book one day) I will attempt to keep it brief.
I had a good, Christian, upbringing as far as religion and beliefs go. I started off in the city in a quaint but wonderful English Presbyterian church. Truth is I liked Sunday School for the singing. When I was about 12 we moved out to the country and I was put into one of the Afrikaans “Susterskerke” as English churches and Sunday school were non-existent in that part of the world. That was where I began to question the church and its role in my life as I hated every moment of the endless lists of perfectly normal things that were considered “sinful” and the strife and falseness that I picked up even at that young age.
In my early married life we seldom attended church as we moved, on average, annually, so I never became a part of anything. At the age of 27 I had a terrible experience during my 4th pregnancy and died 3 times, woke up on a heart-lung machine and was not expected to live. Obviously I did. After that life was never the same again. In church I felt “dead” and I came to a gradual realization that God was not there for me to find. I needed to have a relationship with Something/Someone meaningful and real and find out what I had been left on earth for and what my true life purpose was. I had changed. I needed to find meaning in my life and for being left on earth with a body that would make even walking a challenge for many months to come.
So began my journey. I read everything I could find regarding spirituality and religion. when I was 38years old I had a very bad ankle injury that left me in bed for 2-3 months. (Don`t ask – not getting into that now). During this time, to stay sane, I read incessantly. Auras grabbed my attention and imagination (not difficult LOL!) and I would lie in bed scrutinizing my hand. I did learn how to see auras, which served the purpose of revealing to me that there was a whole “unseen” dimension that could be explored.
A friend of mine suggested I go and see her numerologist to find some answers to life. What I found was AMAZING! Suddenly pieces started as if by magic to come together and my life began to make sense.
Tomorrow I will attempt to explain this.
